Accessibility statement

Salt Services wants every client to be able to use this portal, including people who rely on assistive technology. We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What we've built in

• Color contrast at or above the 4.5:1 AA standard, checked programmatically for every text/background combination on the site
• Visible focus indicators on every interactive element (links, buttons, form fields)
• Semantic HTML structure and descriptive labels on forms
• All animations and transitions respect your device's reduced-motion setting
• Tables that scroll within their own container on narrow screens, so the page itself never scrolls sideways
• Layout tested from 320px phones to large desktops

Known limitations

The billing/payment-method page you're sent to when updating a card is hosted directly by Stripe — we've chosen Stripe in part for its own strong accessibility track record, but don't control its markup ourselves. Monthly report pages, when viewed, render inside a frame from our own report archive.
